Job Summary:

candi is always looking to hire experienced Sales or Business Development Executives who fit the following criteria:

  • Experience doing sales in a solar energy company, preferably within the C&I rooftop space. You must be good at juggling multiple sales leads, proposals and channel partner / sales agent relationships at the same time.
  • The ideal candidate will join candi with an existing network of potential clients, channel partners and EPC contacts to tap into across the C&I sector for your market.
  • Good understanding of solar financial products under the BOOT/OPEX/PPA model.
  • Must be savvy with creating, selling and clearly communicating techno-commercial proposals to a non-technical client audience.
  • Must display a track record of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment, able to work towards and hit sales KPIs. Being a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit is paramount.

Other Critical Requirements:

  • The role will include a significant amount of travelling to meet clients (Covid19 restrictions permitting) which you must be comfortable with.
  • You must be very comfortable working in the digital realm, using a number of SaaS & CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English a must, preferably with one or more local languages.
  • Experience of having worked or studied abroad, or having experience working for an international company, considered a plus.
