If you have any grievance relating to any Persistent staff or any investee company or related entity, or if you have any whistleblowing information regarding unethical or illegal conduct by any Persistent staff or any investee company or related entity, we urge you to come forward and make a confidential report. Our reporting form is designed to ensure your concerns are addressed confidentially and securely. All grievances or whistleblowing reports would be forwarded to an external Board Member (not internal staff).

We are committed to maintaining accountability, and your courage in speaking out is invaluable to us. Please provide as much detail as possible. Appropriate investigation and action will be taken using best endeavors based on information provided. The Reporting Form does NOT automatically capture your email address or personal information unless you type them in.
